I was frustrated and struggling financially since I couldn’t nurse my first daughter because there was no breastmilk while pregnant with my second. Aslo i cant pill or tea for help for breastmilk supply. I think I've been hiding postpartum depression 😔
After the baby, I got WIC late 2024. So, when I moved to a new state and got pregnant at a bad time, I was looking for a new doctor in a new area. They didn't have an interpreter for my appointments, which happened a lot when they weren't around, causing delays because I'm deaf. I bought limited and picky foods because I'm not a good cook in America and only cook Thai food.
Before i have blood sugar levels during pregnancy. I had a low supply of breastmilk for my first daughter. I also didn't have time for pumping and breast milk in freezer because I was a new mom and felt confused before we moved to a different state and a new area
