AITA for telling my friend that not listening to me cost her promotion?

So I(25M) and my friend (27F) were sitting together some days back when she told me about a work related problem she was trying to solve(It would look real good as she was up for a promotion).Seeing how important it was for her, I spent the next 3 days coming up with a plan to solve the problem. Ngl I was pretty proud of myself for that. When we met again in the evening, I told her the plan and even offered her to help in any way I could.
She told me that she had talked to another colleague and he helped her come up with other plan. I thought that plan was idiotic and I pointed out all the mistakes I could see and told her to not do it. She brushed me aside and said that she had already made up her mind. I was pretty angry/upset had no option but to watch it happen.3 days later,she comes to my apartment crying and tells me that the her plan actually worsened the...

AITA for not letting my Baby daddy see his daughter?

My ex name is not on the birth certificate because he refused to sign it because at the time he thought I cheated on him so he has no legal right to our daughter because his name is not on the birth certificate.

My ex wanted nothing to do with my daughter until his mom forced him to do an DNA and found out that my daughter is indeed his.

I’m upset because I had to go through so much raising my daughter alone for the past 3 years when I never cheated on him, he had no reason to even think I would cheat on him. He was just overly jealous and thought that every time I even looked at a guy that I was flirting with them.

Now he’s here demanding I let him see my daughter, blaming me for all the time he lost with his daughter because apparently I’m such a s__t.

I gave him many opportunity to come see...
