We SOLD OUT today — and at one point, I’m pretty sure we were about two minutes away from having a full-blown bidding war over the last chicken spaghetti😂

I just cannot say thank you enough. Every order, every share, every person who walks through our doors and chooses to spend their hard-earned money with us means more than you know.

We keep trying new things, growing, adjusting, cooking more, prepping more — and y’all just KEEP SHOWING UP.

That kind of support is never lost on us.

📣 COURVILLE’S IS HIRING! 📣

With back to school, schedules changing and lots of growth, we’re looking to add a few new people to our Courville's team - more than anything, we’re looking for the RIGHT people.

Around here, everyone does a little bit of everything. From cooking, cleaning, prepping, inventory, ordering, organizing, customer service, market stocking, plating meals, making dips, working through recipes, running concerts, bartending, dishes, loading + unloading for off-site events...a little bit of everything!
That’s just the nature of what we do — and we need people who are happy, willing and able to jump in wherever they’re needed.
Kitchen and foodservice experience is important, and front-of-house experience is a must. Bartending experience is definitely a plus, but it isn’t required. More than anything, we need people who understand food service + hospitality, work well with others, aren’t afraid of hard work, and genuinely want to be part of a team because we have an AMAZING team that is more like family!

If you have experience in foodservice and are looking for a place where you can work hard, stay busy, learn different parts of the business and be part of a team that does a little bit of everything, we’d love to hear from you. You must have a valid ID + a clean driving record!
