A Thankful Heart:
Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart. (NLT) -Colossians 4:2

When you focus on the things you don't have you begin to undervalue the blessings God has given you. Then feelings of resentment and shortchanged start to build up. It can happen in our prayers when we only make requests. Take a moment and think through the ways you are blessed and thank God for them. When you truly realize the amount of blessings in your life you truly feel loved by God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Spirit:
But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! (NLT) -Galatians 5:22-23

Ever wonder if someone is a Christian? Take a look at their life. Do they express joy? Do they show love towards everyone? Do they display uncommon gentleness? The above qualities are inherent to the Holy Spirit. While these characteristics may not always be evident, it becomes a reflection of how spending time with God will produce these uncommon characteristics. What about you? Have you been spending time with the Holy Spirit to produce this kind of fruit in your life?

Love Only: "If you love only those who loves you, what reward is there for that? Even corrupt tax payers do that much. If you are kind only to your friends, how are you different from anyone else?" (NLT) ( Matthew 5:46-47 )

As God's people, we are representatives of the difference He has made in our lives. If we behave the way nonbelievers do, how does this glorify God? It’s often difficult and ironic to love those who have hurt you in some way, whether it’s a coworker or even your father or mother. However, it's amazing how much peace comes to you when you learn to replace resentment with love.
Try it today, in Jesus mighty name.

You need His Strength:But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. (NLT) ( Isaiah 40:31 )

Exhaustion is apart of what it is to be human. We have limits and often feel the end of ourselves. God offers us a constant source of strength, when we run out of ability. As you go through your day, revisit these words. Allow them to comfort and alleviate the stress and suffering you may be experiencing. Take a deep breath and rely on His strength, not your own.

Fight For It : Then as I looked over the situation, I called together the nobles and the rest of the people and said to them, “Don’t be afraid of the enemy! Remember the Lord, who is great and glorious, and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your homes!” (NLT) ( Nehemiah 4:14 )

God calls us to be active participants in our futures. If we want to see His best for our lives, we’ve got to fight for it! Just because you face discomfort, doesn’t mean it’s not in God’s best plan for your life. Sometimes our best and biggest steps of faith are the hardest. Be assured those bold moves of faith are apart of God’s best for you! Again I say, Fight For It !!!

AOBN International was established in January 2003. Producing commercials, documentaries, Music Videos and 30 minute Broadcasting programs in Austin, Beaumont, Houston, and Port Arthur Texas. Denver, Colorado, Chicago, Illinois, Biloxi, Mississippi, and Accra, Koforidua, West Africa, and Europe.
Billy Ray and Karen Harper hosted for the local TBN (KITU) in Southeast Texas from 1996 until 2004. In 2003 they created and produced their own late night talk show for 4 1/2 years on the local ABC (KBMT) entitled “ Ecclesia Christian Talk Magazine “. They are continually moving forward in today’s technological advancements with knowledge and understanding, reaching out to the 4 corners of the earth for the advancement of the Kingdom of God in the 21st Century. “ Nobody can beat God at being God”.
