UPDATE: APPREHENDED!!!!

On March 23rd 2023 Christina Edge was released from jail on an ankle monitor. Shortly afterwards she visited a tanning bed and received a spray tan, removed her ankle monitor and disposed of the charging equipment in the restroom of Tractor Supply.

Removal or tampering with a monitoring device could result in being charged with 2nd Degree Escape punishable of up to 5 years on top of other pending charges.

By committing a felony escape state law states:

KRS 431.005 Arrest by peace officers -- By private persons.

(1) A peace officer may make an arrest:

(b) Without a warrant when a felony is committed in his or her presence; or
(c) Without a warrant when he or she has probable cause to believe that the person being arrested has committed a felony;

In addition:

KRS 431.520

(7) A court authorizing the release of a person pursuant to this section shall cause the issuance of an appropriate order containing a statement of the conditions imposed, if any, shall cause such person to be informed of the penalties applicable to violations of the conditions of his release, and shall cause him to be informed that a warrant for his arrest will be issued immediately upon any such violation;

Anyone assisting:

520.130 Hindering prosecution or apprehension in the second degree.
(1) A person is guilty of hindering prosecution or apprehension in the second degree when, with the intent to hinder the apprehension, prosecution, conviction or punishment of another who is being sought in connection with the commission of a criminal offense, he renders assistance to such person.
(2) Hindering prosecution or apprehension in the second degree is a Class A misdemeanor.

GOLDEN TICKET Scavenger Hunt

Remember, this is fun for one and all, so let's keep it fun and friendly!

Here's how to play:

1.) Search public places during the listed dates (April 2 - April 12) in Hartford for one of the 12 golden eggs (a list of locations will be provided on Facebook in the next few days).
2.) When you find your golden egg, inside is a ticket! Fill out the ticket and return to Hartford City Hall (after hours? Use the night deposit box on Apple Alley). ALL TICKETS MUST BE AT CITY HALL BY 3PM, APRIL 12.
3.) On April 13, all submitted tickets will be put into a drawing. Two winners will each receive a $25 Walmart gift card and one entry will receive a $50 Walmart gift card!
