What extraordinary harvests are you envisioning to nurture or have already begun cultivating this year, unlocking your full potential? Also, are any of you envisioning preserving most or all of your bounty through canning or freezing, ensuring a lasting impact? We typically use what we need, and do both freeze and can, embracing abundance. We cultivate beans, cucumbers, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, onions, peppers, cabbage, collard greens, and potatoes, celebrating the richness of nature.
