People online say they don’t support Jaclyn Hill, or any big influencer because they’re ‘unrelatable’… but then won’t support the small creators who are literally showing real life, real mess, real motherhood, real everyday chaos. We’re over here filming on our phones between loads of laundry, wiping noses, juggling dinner and kids’ schedules, trying to build a community that actually feels like a community - not just a storefront.
Small creators work SO hard to create connection, not just content. We share the honest moments, the imperfect routines, the behind-the-scenes nobody sees. We stay up late editing, answering comments, messaging people back because we actually care about the people who show up for us. It’s not about selling something… it’s about feeling seen by someone who lives a life that looks like yours. It may not always be aesthetic and pretty, but it’s REAL.
People want authenticity, but scroll right past the creators living the same daily struggle they are. The relatable lifestyle they claim they want is right here - real mom life, cozy home routines, realistic morning/evening vlogs, cooking dinner at 5pm with a toddler screaming and doing it all without a glam team or PR box mountain in the background.
If you want genuine connection, real recommendations, everyday storytelling and content that actually makes you feel understood, that’s what small creators are pouring their hearts into every single day. And trust me… every like, every comment, every share means the world when you’re building something from the ground up.
So here’s your reminder: supporting small creators doesn’t cost anything, but it truly keeps us going. Realistic lifestyle content matters. Relatable creators matter. And the community we’re building together? That matters most of all. ❤️
