Hey everyone! 👋
Welcome to one of our newly finished projects right here in Lakewood, Ohio.

This beautiful kitchen wasn’t always a kitchen — it used to be the formal dining room!
We completely reimagined the layout:
🚧 Removed the walls to open up the floor plan
🔧 Relocated the plumbing and appliances
🏡 Rebuilt the space from the inside out — while keeping those full-height windows that flood the room with natural light.

Now, this home feels brighter, more open, and perfectly designed for modern living.

Hello again! My name is Dmitriy, and I’m a designer at Keselman Construction Group here in Cleveland, Ohio. Today I’d love to take you inside the master bathroom renovation of a beautiful home in Rocky River.

From the start, our clients selected a breathtaking natural stone mosaic floor — a choice that became the foundation of the entire bathroom design.

🛁 Design Highlights
• Shower Walls: Natural marble tile with a refined border detail.
• Fixtures: Aged bronze finish for warmth and timeless character.
• Storage: Custom linen cabinet with open shelving + hidden storage, painted to blend seamlessly.
• Comfort: Heated floor system — the ultimate luxury for Cleveland winters.

To complete the look, the homeowners chose textiles that add softness, comfort, and personality.

The result? An elegant, harmonious luxury bathroom where every element works together to create calm, relaxation, and everyday comfort.

✨ Kids’ Bathroom Reveal – Rocky River ✨

Hi, I’m Dmitriy, a designer at Keselman Construction. We recently updated two bathrooms in a beautiful Rocky River home, and today I’m excited to show you the first one — the bathroom designed especially for the homeowners’ kids!

From the start, our clients had a clear vision — from colors to materials — and my job was to bring that vision to life in a balanced, thoughtful way.

We started with a traditional style as the foundation: timeless, calm, and elegant. The light color palette makes the space feel fresh, bright, and cozy.

For accents, we introduced a soft, light green on the walls and as a subtle pencil line in the tile detail. The basketweave mosaic floor with delicate gray-green accents ties the whole look together beautifully.

The lower half of the walls features classic white subway tile, while decorative panels on the upper half add height and architectural character. The vanity is topped with natural stone, perfectly complementing the green tones, and chrome fixtures finish the look with timeless elegance.

The result? A bright, calm, and harmonious bathroom where every detail has been thoughtfully designed for both style and functionality.

We’re at Essex House in Shaker Heights, where a large fire affected 15 units, and five units were fully gutted. Our team is restoring everything from the studs up, giving each floor and several other units a fresh new look.

From demolition to new drywall, lighting, flooring, trim, painting, and carpet tiles, we’re bringing these homes back to life. 💪

We recently transformed this master bathroom from a small, single-vanity space with a tiny shower into a bright, cozy retreat. The homeowners wanted more comfort, so we designed:
✔️ A custom double vanity with plenty of storage
✔️ A makeup vanity table for daily routines
✔️ A larger shower with a custom glass enclosure
✔️ Warm + cool tones balanced to create an inviting atmosphere

Special attention was given to details like the countertop choice with natural brown veining, champagne bronze fixtures, and hand-selected tiles — each element chosen to bring both warmth and elegance.

Now this bathroom isn’t just functional — it’s a work of art. 🛁✨
