~ Bedford Celebrates Groundbreaking of Chubbuck Road Landfill Solar Project ☀ ~

On August 28, 2025, the Town of Bedford officially celebrated the start of construction on the Chubbuck Road Landfill Solar Project. This milestone event marks a major step forward in the community’s commitment to sustainability & clean energy.

The celebration was attended by representatives from the offices of U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen, U.S. Representative Chris Pappas, and Governor Kelly Ayotte, along with NH Senator Denise Ricciardi, NH Representative Catherine Rombeau & NH Representative John Schneller. Also present were partners and stakeholders from Eversource, Clean Energy NH, the Bedford Energy Commission, and Town Chairwoman Lori Radke.

Special congratulations go to the Bedford Department of Public Works & ReVision Energy for their leadership and collaboration in bringing this vital project to the construction phase.
