Our Story
My Client-First Philosophy There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Real Estate Professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
Helping people is the #1 reason I love being in Real Estate. I obtained my Real Estate license in May of 1999 after spending the previous 7 years working with struggling families to get their debts under control and back on track. Initially, I wanted to find investment properties to purchase and felt a real estate license could be beneficial and help with this new venture. I quickly learned that I could use my Real Estate license to continue doing what I love, but in a different way. Instead of helping people to get out of debt, I discovered I could help them to reach their real estate goals!
I am married to my beautiful wife Robin who I have been with for over 22 years and we have 3 boys. I grew up in Lowell and currently live in Hudson, NH so my area of service covers Southern New Hampshire and the entire Merrimack Valley. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you, your family, and friends with any Real Estate needs that you or they may have.
