The neighbor watered the same piece of land every day, even though nothing was growing there. When the police arrived, something terrifying was discovered 😱😱
Every morning at exactly 6:30, my neighbor went out into the yard with a yellow garden hose in her hand. And every day it looked exactly the same — she watered a small patch of ground by the fence. Always the same one. The rest of the garden, where tomatoes, cucumbers, and strawberries grew, remained completely dry.
At first I thought that maybe she had some especially demanding plants there. However, after a few days it became obvious that absolutely nothing was growing on that piece of land. Only wet soil.
One day I could not stand it anymore and asked:
— Why do you water exactly this place every day?
The woman visibly flinched. Her hands began to tremble, and without looking in my direction, she muttered:
— I have potatoes there… a special variety.
Potatoes? Every day, and on top of that, so much water? I immediately knew she was lying. However, I decided not to press her and simply observe her.
A week passed. The ground still remained empty, and the neighbor became more and more nervous and irritable. Sometimes I felt her heavy gaze on me, as if she knew that I was beginning to suspect something.
That night I could not fall asleep. One thought gave me no peace — what if something strange was really hidden under that soil?
The next morning I called the police. My report seemed strange, but they agreed to come and check everything. What they found in her yard shook everyone 😱😱
