About two weeks ago I was involved in a single motorcycle accident where I was riding my Honda CRF250L pulling a small utility trailer with extra camping gear in it. As I was coming down the interstate, the combo started to fish tail a bit and ended up throwing me onto the pavement. The gear I was wearing protected me for the slide but as I slid into the median, that's is where the tumbling began. And causing quite a few injuries. So I had a fracture in my neck which no longer needs the c-spine collar. I've got a couple broken ribs on the right side. A couple cracks in my hip/pelvis and tailbone area, all of which are non operable? I had a tib/fib fracture just above my left ankle, which now has some hardware in it?

And then, the worst part of it was I believe it to be compression fracture somewhere towards the middle of the spine T10 area that needed to be fused, so we have some extra special hardware there and looking about at about 8-12 twelve weeks of inpatient rehab before I can get home and start trying to live semi normal life...

I just want an update/inform everybody and thank you for the outpouring of support that i've received. I'm not sure why it surprises me so much, but it feels like ten times the support that I was expecting to receive. So thank you all love you. And we'll see you soon
