ROAD CLOSURE 9/29 — A portion of Witherby Drive, just west of Reighton Circle/Wicham Lane, will be closed completely starting at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29. Carroll Electric crews will be replacing at pole in the area and hope to be done by early afternoon.

We appreciate drivers’ patience during this project, which as always is weather dependent.

Be on the lookout for 17-year-old female, Sadie Moppin. She is 5 foot, 2 inches tall. She has brown eyes and her hair is colored red. Sadie was last seen wearing a red hoodie (as seen in the photo) with gray pants. Sadie left her home in the Highlands area of Bella Vista around 10:30 pm on Thursday, September 25th. She left in an unknown vehicle with a 17-year-old male. It is believed they might be in the Berryville or Eureka Springs area. If you have information on Sadie, please call the Bella Vista Police Department at 479-855-3771.
