🚨🧘🏾♀️💫🖤 A Necessary Pause & Commitment to Transparency
Black Girls Build Inc has always stood on transparency, integrity, and care — for our community and for ourselves.
At this time, Black Girls Build Inc is entering a temporary pause on programming, collaborations, and new commitments.
This decision was not made lightly. Over the past year, I have been navigating serious personal matters turned legal, that require my full attention and capacity. In order to protect my health, my family, and the long-term sustainability of this organization, I must step back and allow space for healing, clarity, and rest.
This pause is not a shutdown and not a loss of mission. It is a responsible reset.
Black Girls Build Inc was built on the belief that we do not pour from empty cups, and right now, I simply have nothing left to give — and I honor that truth.🧘🏾♀️🙏🏿
