Beyond the Ink-
Our steadfast leader, Matty Mo, is one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet. He thrives when challenged by a new project and his determination to complete the tough jobs goes unmatched. His personal bar for quality is so high, he occasionally forgets to eat or drink until the work is complete.

One thing he’s not likely to forget is the next Air Jordan release date! Matt has a sneaker obsession, a long-standing love of Jordan, and an impressive sports and movie memorabilia collection.

In part, these hobbies helped lead Matt and United Ink to where we are today. The crafting of Matt’s own Jordan table, and Joe’s Cardinals table, kicked-off the chain of events that led to Custom Bartop Tables in 2013 and eventually United Ink as we now know it!

Beyond the Ink-
Kyler started with LGI in April of 2023 and officially joined the United Ink crew when we merged later that year. This being his first job in the industry, he’s come a long way in a very short time. Kyler is one of our three employees that traveled to Nashville, TN for 3M Accreditation training and is working towards his own certifications.

His favorite part of the job is the people, and that every day is different. One day he could be working on a vehicle wrap and the next day helping to install a sign 50 ft in the air. His proven versatility has become invaluable—and has even helped him overcome his fear of heights!

If you’ve never had the pleasure of working with Kyler, you may be surprised to learn he can tell a truly entertaining story and is an excellent dancer. He’s addicted to shoes, likes to unwind with video games, and has the most adorable baby boy, Kylian! You should definitely ask him about Malibu’s Most Wanted—he can recite it word-for-word. 🌴

Beyond the Ink-
Lola joined our team as a screen printer in May of 2023. Since then, she has moved into embroidery and become our digitizing queen. Her favorite part of the job is, of course, getting to be creative—so she is constantly crafting new designs and researching new methods. Our current favorite is her rope technique!

When she’s not at work, you can find Lola cuddling her cats or creating badass chalk art at Global Brew. Her impressive art takes a crazy amount of focus and determination—check it out in the comments!

Our sweet Lola is quick with a compliment and has a huge heart (especially where her family and kitties are concerned). Don’t let the sweetness fool you, though. She’s quietly competitive and will definitely beat you in a game of washers. Her guilty pleasures include watermelon Red Bull, horror flicks, and the Twilight Saga. 🍎
