The last 24 hours did not go as planned. Funny how life happens when your busy making other plans isn’t it?

Well we gotta roll with it.

Luckily I’m good at pivoting and I have some amazing humans that pick me up when I need just that.

Overthinking is the queen of all evil. She will beat you down and break your soul.

Happy Friday folks!

So I forgot to put my watch on this morning to track my workout.

Raise your hand if that sounds like you.

I reminded myself that I move my body for my mental wellness, to maintain my mobility and to manage my autoimmune disease not because I have anything to prove to anyone let alone a watch.
