Coconut Zucchini Cake.
Recipe 👇👇👇

1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 cups White Lily All Purpose flour
1 teaspoon each, baking soda and baking powder
3 cups grated zucchini
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
350* till toothpick comes out clean (about 45 minutes)
Glaze
1 4 oz. block of white chocolate
2-4 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup confectioners sugar
