Long Range Models: We continue to see the heat and humidity as we head into the end of next week.

Tropical Situation:

In the Atlantic:

Tropical Storm Dexter: Located 410 south/southeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Winds are at 40 mph, central pressure at 1005 millibars, moving east/northeast at 12 mph. Will continue on the current path and become extra-tropical as we end the week.

Tropical Wave #1: It's a trough off the southeastern coastline. A low looks to develop along it and drift westward. While doing so, development is expected, and a depression is likely to form into the weekend.

Tropical Wave #2: Located over the eastern Atlantic. Still not look healthy but as it moves west/northwest, will enter an area with decent development turning into a depression over the weekend while heading out into the open Atlantic.

In the Pacific:

Tropical Storm Henriette: Located 1850 miles east of Hilo, Hawaii. Winds are at 50 mph, central pressure of 1003 millibars, moving west/northwest at 16 mph. Looks to hook more northwest towards the weekend so a miss for the Pineapple Chain but will bring some elevated swells.

Tropical Wave #1: Located several hundred miles south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec. Looking so much more organized and likely a depression in the next 24-48 hours while it moves west/northwest away from the coastline.
