Timothy Scouton of Nevis has been sentenced to 30 days in jail, plus five years probation, for allowing 11 unregistered voters to cast ballots in 2024 after reportedly being unable to locate registration forms.

A 65-year-old Nevis Man has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for allowing 11 unregistered voters to cast ballots in 2024 when he served as a head election judge in Hubbard County.
