Wow, wow, wow, what an amazing community CHQ is! We are SO close to hitting (and maybe surpassing?) our $5k goal for April and her family. For those of you who don't know, April is the talented graphic artist behind all the beautiful ad designs in the Chautauqua Gazette.

Sadly, April and her children lost their loving father and husband last month and the community has been amazing in rallying behind her. The fundraising campaign is still live, so there is still time to donate or share the fundraiser with your friends. Thank you!

April Colburn, the incredibly talented graphic artist behind so many of the stunning ads in the Gazette, has recently endured the heartbreaking loss of her husband, Mark. As a devoted mom of four boys, April’s kindness, dedication, and talents have touched so many lives in our community.

In this special edition, we are honoring April and her family, and embracing the outpouring of love from so many of you. Local businesses and generous individuals have stepped up to support the Colburns during this difficult time, and we are deeply grateful for every act of kindness.
