An Event Complex Christmas is BACK at the Jefferson County Event Complex with NextEra Energy.

November 28th through the 30th it’s the Madras Holiday Saturday Market featuring local artisans and vendors for everything on your holiday shopping list with help from PGE!

Operation Rudolph opens December 1st and runs through the 19th serving over 900 kids throughout Jefferson County with holiday gifts, AND they are looking for elves to help wrap presents!

Festival of Trees benefiting the Madras Food Pantry December 5th through 7th with help from Columbia Bank & Dreams Realty.

This sweet and playful girl was born around March 2022 and weighs about 45 pounds. Shakira is patiently waiting for her forever family, and she’s hoping they find her just in time to celebrate the holidays together! Shakira loves playing with her doggie friends and is always eager to learn new things, like perfecting her leash manners. She’s a friendly, affectionate pup who adores meeting new people and soaking up attention. When it comes to playtime, Shakira has a lot of enthusiasm, so we recommend a home with other dogs over 25lbs for her to play with and kids over 8. Shakira is a big fan of treats, belly rubs, and pupcups, and she’d love to make weekly coffee runs with her new family! She would be a wonderful adventure buddy for exploring the PNW this fall and a loyal companion to snuggle up at home with afterward. Shakira is ready to start her next and best adventure with you!
