David Samuel Studios is proud to mentor artists through a comprehensive curriculum designed to fine tune their talent, artistic expression and imagery using a combination of real world experiences, practical knowledge and proven programming that allows each artist to solidify their unique style and voice. At David Samuel Studios, the goal is to
equip each artist with the knowledge, experience and exposure to the various facets of the music industry to allow them to have enough education, mentorship and experience to work as a paid musician. We understand that the ultimate goal of most musicians is to have a career in the music industry that can financially support themselves and their families. We also understand that this is not an intuitive process, and most musicians need support, guidance and mentorship to break into the industry. We work with singers, songwriters, composers, musicians and performers of all kinds. The Artist Development program combines a robust musical education with the practical business, marketing and fan base advice needed to break into the industry. Using visiting music industry executives, artists, songwriters and composers, David Samuel Studios supplements studio and performance time with mentorship of a variety of executives who have trail blazed through the industry taking a variety of paths. We know that for most musicians, the passion to produce music and perform is deeply seeded within them but they need knowledge of how to navigate the industry, present themselves and their craft to music executives and understand what record labels want. Many students who have studied music at a university will benefit from building upon that experience through the mentorship and guidance offered by David Samuel Studios that puts them directly in front of music industry executive and professionals. Through 1:1 coaching in the studio and in live performance venues, David Samuel works on an individual basis with each artist to understand and develop the artist’s desired voice, provide guidance on the artist’s imagery and performance presentation and advice on the best path to take in the industry. Completing the program can take anywhere from one to two years, but is designed to not only assist the artist with refining their craft but ultimately transition to a financially viable career in the music industry. -
