Sinoe County Sports Steering Committee has appointed Coach Dahnjudu Sawmadal ("Didier") as Head Coach of the Sinoe County Kickball Team for the 2026/2027 National County Sports Meet.

Coach Sawmadal, the reigning 2025/2026 Best Kickball Coach, led Margibi County to an undefeated championship last season. He has also coached Montserrado, Lofa, and B**g counties, and recently served on the Liberia Kickball Federation’s national team coaching staff during an international trip to Sierra Leone.

The Committee believes his experience, leadership, and winning record will help Sinoe County compete for the national title this season.

Liberia Kickball Federation Heads to Elections June 20 as Whea Runs Unopposed

The Liberia Kickball Federation (LKF) will hold elections on June 22, 2026, with incumbent President Emmanuel Whea expected to run unopposed for a third term.

Stakeholders across the federation say Whea has delivered exceptional service to Liberian kickball and should remain at the helm. They argue he still has unfinished work and remains the right person to lead the sport forward.

Supporters within the LKF leadership credit Whea with elevating Liberia’s kickball profile internationally and expressed confidence that his continued leadership will drive greater success in the years ahead.
