But for real... coffee is therapeutic, it’s social, it’s nostalgic. All of that is even more so true with coffee that’s prepared the right way. I prefer pour over with a or Stagg

The aroma from when you begin the prep, the bloom, the perfect pour. All part of the process to having the perfect cup of coffee. You get out of it what you put into it.

If you just dump a ton of water on stale improperly ground coffee you definitely will not enjoy it, kind of like life. Put the effort in.
