As we celebrate Benton Restaurant Week, we wanted to create something truly unforgettable for the community that supports us day in and day out. That’s why tomorrow night, we are opening our doors late for a very special evening:

Dale’s After Dark 🍩🌙

We’ve poured our passion into crafting an exclusive, one-night-only menu.

To ensure we can share these creations with as many of our amazing neighbors as possible, we have created a specially curated "After Dark" Box.

For just $10, each curated box includes:

1 Nutella Panther Paw 🐾
A Half-Dozen Kahlua Glazed Donut Holes 6️⃣
1 Maple Bacon Long John (filled with decadent bourbon caramel cream!) 🥓
1 S'Mores Bismarck 🏕️

To keep the lines moving and the sweet treats flowing, we will be selling these by the box only. Please note that we cannot accommodate custom orders or substitutions for this special event.

Doors open tomorrow night at 7:00 PM, and we will be serving until we sell out!

Meet Brittney Bowers, a cornerstone of our South Street team and a familiar face to so many of you here in Saline County!

For Brittney, West Side isn’t just a workplace... it’s family. Since joining us three years ago, she’s brought a level of heart and dedication that defines "The West Side Way." Whether she’s arriving at 7:30 AM to prep for the day or giving a patient a quick weather forecast just to brighten their morning, Brittney is all about those personal connections.

"I’ve grown up in Saline County, so there are patients who have literally seen me grow up. I love knowing I’ve helped someone have a better day when they’re sick."

When she isn't behind the counter, Brittney is embracing the "beautiful circus" of life as a mom of three and a coach for 6U softball and basketball. Her kids are her ultimate "why," motivating her to show up every day ready to give her best to our community.

From dressing up as a cow for Halloween to filling church pews with her coworkers-turned-best-friends, Brittney reminds us that when you love the people you work with, it isn't just a job.
