My seller and I were sure put through the ringer with this Edgewood listing. Went pending before print and right after inspection the buyer lost his job and had to terminate. Back on the market and pending in just one day with new buyers.. a week before close the buyers totaled a car and bought a very expensive new truck. We had to extend closing two times for underwriting.. just days before close after two months of working through things on this deal and contingency was to be put on the table for the buyers to sell a second home.. another termination. Back on the market a third time and pending again after just one day we finally had smooth sailing on to close!
