Grit without grace turns into burnout.
And for a long time, I didn’t know the difference.

Holding onto grit isn’t about pushing harder… it’s about learning how to stay steady without running yourself into the ground.

Here are 3 ways I hold onto grit without falling into burnout:
💡 I stay flexible like jazz, not rigid like rock.
✋ I lead with an open hand, not a closed fist.
⚙️ I use Occam’s Razor — keeping it simple and focused on what truly matters.

If you’re an anxious high-achiever who’s tired of feeling like rest and ambition can’t coexist — this one’s for you.
