After losing one child, loving the one still here became my reason to keep going

These aren’t just tears of grief. They’re tears for the moments Tristan dreamed about but never got to experience. Antonio Brown was one of his favorite football players, and meeting him was something he would have thought was the coolest thing in the world. Now, somehow, the dream he carried in his heart is coming true through his bear and his story. It’s a beautiful reminder that even though Tristan is gone, his impact, his dreams, and his legacy are still reaching people in ways I never could have imagined.

One thing grief has taught me is that faith isn’t the absence of questions.

Faith is choosing to trust God even when you don’t understand the answers.

There are still days I don’t understand.
There are still days I struggle.

But I’ve learned that God can handle both my faith and my questions.

Last night, something happened that I never could have imagined.

Many of you know that Antonio Brown was one of Tristans favorite football players. During a TikTok Live, I had the opportunity to briefly tell him about Tristan and share a little of his story.

What happened next left me speechless.

The Tristan Bear is going to visit Antonio Brown.

As a mom who would give anything to have one more conversation with her son, moments like this mean more than words can explain. While Tristan isn’t here to experience it himself, his story continues to travel places he never got the chance to go. His life, his legacy, and his impact continue to reach people every single day.

Thank you, Antonio, for taking a moment to listen and for helping make a young boy’s dream come true in a way none of us expected.

Tristan , your story is still being written. 🦋💜

I logged on to share my story. I stayed because of the people. Somewhere between the tears, prayers, and healing, strangers became family. What started as a grief journey became a mission—and now lives are being changed every day. 💜

Grief doesn’t always look like tears.

Sometimes it looks like laughing at a memory.
Sometimes it looks like avoiding a place.
Sometimes it looks like functioning normally while your heart is breaking.

If you’re grieving someone you love, I see you.

💜 Tell me the name of someone you’re missing today.

The tree reminds me that every season has a purpose. The leaves represent the highs. The bare branches represent the lows. The roots remind me to stay grounded in my faith. And through it all, God is greater than both.

It’s strange how someone can be gone, yet still be everywhere. I hear you in the quiet, see you in the spaces you once filled, and carry you in every beat of my heart.
