šŸ” Spotlight: The Heart of North Berkeley!
At the foot of the hills lies North Shattuck, the world-famous birthplace of California cuisine. But there’s more to this district than just legendary food!

The North Shattuck Association, our Featured Resident, is transforming the area into a vibrant "living room for the community." From original art banners waving above the median to the upcoming Taste of North Berkeley festival, they are the heartbeat of this shopping and arts district.

Contractors: Own the Hills. Own the Neighborhood. šŸ—ļøšŸ”

In Berkeley Hills, Piedmont, and Montclair, word-of-mouth is great—but a Multi-Touch Approach is how you dominate.

Homeowners in the Hills want a specialist they can trust. When they see you in their mailbox, on Google, and in their social feed, you aren't just an option—you're the only choice. By reaching them through multiple touchpoints, you build the authority needed to win high-ticket contracts.

Our 3-Step Growth Engine:
šŸ“¬ Print Authority: Featured on coffee tables in Piedmont Living.
šŸ“± Digital Precision: Ads that follow high-net-worth homeowners.
šŸ’» Online Optimization: Converting interest into signed contracts.

Stop fighting for scraps on lead-gen sites. Build a brand the Hills can’t ignore.

✨ Local Spotlight: Mapping the Heart of the Hills ✨
There’s no way to go but forward—and what better item to carry along life’s journey than a map? šŸ—ŗļø

If only it were always that simple! This month’s Berkeley Hills Living cover star and Featured Resident, Danielle Hopkins, decided to draw her own.

More than just a practical guide, Danielle’s hand-drawn map is a work of art created to express her deep love for our neighborhood and its many hidden pathways. šŸŒæšŸŽØ

Let’s be real: most facials are amazing in the moment, but the results don’t last. I finally stopped chasing the temporary glow and tried the Mismo Method. It’s all about letting your skin thrive from the inside out, and I am obsessed! I’ve never felt more confident in my skin. So happy I finally found this spot!

Did you know there are four Tony Awards on a shelf right here in the Berkeley hills? Yes, those Tony Awards. They belong to this month’s Featured Residents, Jonathan and Hillary Reinis, who have been shaping the theater scenes on two coasts for more than 40 years. Jonathan founded San Francisco’s legendary Theatre on the Square, and has produced 16 shows on New York’s Broadway. Hillary has worked beside him through all of it. Lifelong activists, they both graduated from Cal in the 1960s. They share their journey from Berkeley to Broadway inside.

Our Featured Resident this month retired from a career full of crime and violence and now spends his days writing in peace and quiet. Richard Dyer spent nearly three decades as a deputy sheriff running jails in San Francisco, and last year he self-published his first book, a collection of satirical essays taking shots at a wide range of targets. ā€œI’m up and writing at 8:00 in the morning,ā€ he says, but he spent an afternoon talking with us about law, literature—and his favorite sport, baseball.
