More test pressings just arrived! D7005 - Anomalie - Velours b/w Crescent. Something a little different for Devin's 7s, but dope as hell and something I've wanted on 7" since it came out. These things sound incredible. : tests approved! And thank you so much for working with me on this. What a treat. Dropping as soon as I get them.

Test pressings for D7004 just came in- The Souljazz Orchestra: One Life to Live b/w Kingdom Come. Super stoked about this. Thank you and big love to for the good word. Probably coming out some time in January, but at any rate, very, very soon. I know I say this about all my releases, but truly a dream come true, and I mean it. Get ready to make your 7" collection just a little bit hotter with this one.

WHOAH. Thank you, UK and EU folkers. Devin's 7s ranked in the top selling Funk/Soul/Jazz and International categories last week, taking spot numbers 178, 49, and 11(!!!) site-wide, out of... who knows? A thousand? A couple thousand??

The best sellers list goes to 500.

Man alive.

US peoples, if you want to get yours before they're gone, hit the Devin's 7s site, and IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE US but not in UK or EU, holler at me and we can sort it out.

Killer review from the homie David at ... He's referring to a conversation we had while I was in the shop where 1 was telling him I could have done this cheaper- but 1 wanted to have them pressed domestically (at ), get the offset printing for the labels because that's a whole vibe in and of itself even though the minimum order for those is 1000 per design, paying about a third of the profit in royalties, using poly lined anti-static sleeves, doing such limited runs to make them more special (the price break between 500-1000 is insane, but set-up is the main cost of pressing viny!)... All of these things that just make me feel good about doing this to bring you a quality, exclusive product. That kind of stuff is just good vibes to me. I'm doing it for the love of the music and to put these in to existence, and in to the hands and on the tables of people who'll love them as much as I do. l'm not going to get rich doing this. When you buy Devin's 7s, you're supporting my dream of making this happen and funding future releases- as soon as I can get the dang rights to put them out. Time to start pounding the keyboard again to line up some more dope records.

Today me and my sales rep (my kid 🤣) hit the streets to do some digging and drop off some Devin's 7s to the fine folks at and and while we were at it, Jomar at whipped up this custom handle for an old binoculars case I found at an estate sale that just so happens to perfectly fit 7-inch records.

I've set aside some copies of all three releases for wholesaling to select retailers- tag your favorite local shop (wherever you are) in the comments! ❤️

Daaaang yawl! This may not seem like much to most of you but 7 orders on my first day?? Not too shabby! Thank you so much. That response is even better than I anticipated- no one even really knows Devin's 7s yet. Deeply thankful to everyone who made day one such a fantastic- as tiny as it is- success. I'm not going to make that much money doing this no matter how many records I sell, and that's not why I'm doing it anyway, but, MAN is this fulfilling. I'm just glad these records exist in the first place and that people who want them are getting them. Thank you. 🙌 🙏👊❤️

Oh dang!!! These just came in...

I have some kinks to iron out on my end, but I'll be posting reels for these records when they officially drop, which should be some time in the next week or two. I can't even describe how utterly chuffed I am to present the opening lineup of the Devin's 7s catalog.... Limited, as everything I'll be putting out, to 500 copies each.

D7002: Skeletons - Mulatu b/w Positive Force

D7003: Galt MacDermot - Duffer b/w Duffer in F

They're all so fantastic and I can't wait to get them out to you. This is both happening so fast and taking so long, but I'm almost there. And to be honest, I'm just glad these records exist. It's literally a dream come true.
