We’re excited to announce the first group of storytellers joining us for Stories of Berkeley—an evening of personal stories, local histories, creativity, and connection.

🎤 Sara Saberi — Musician, singer, and yoga instructor bringing together Persian classical music, healing sound, and mindful movement.

🎤Nazy Kaviani — Founder of Diaspora Arts Connection and longtime advocate for artists and cultural expression.

🎤 Isaiah Dylan Clark — Berkeley writer and multidisciplinary artist behind The Streetside Library on Shattuck Avenue.

🎤 Max Houghton — Award-winning storyteller, humorist, human-rights activist, and content creator.

🎤Anirvan Chatterjee — Berkeley storyteller and activist uncovering the city’s hidden histories and co-curator of the Berkeley South Asian Radical History Walking Tour.

🎤 Kelly Richardson — Berkeley-raised writer, documentary filmmaker, stunt performer, and Fulbright recipient.

🎤 Payman Najafpour — Business leader and supporter of Bay Area arts, culture, and creative communities.

A lifelong learner with a background spanning medicine, public health, and health economics, Wini discovered storytelling after moving to Rotterdam.
