Toe Jam is Coming! Toe Jam is Coming! So come on down to Telford Park for a family concert with Toe Jam Puppet Band on Thursday, August 17 at 6:00pm. Bring blankets and chairs for this outdoor show featuring the crowd favorite, Toe Jam Puppet Band, and brought to you by the Plainville Public Library.
