Today we rode from Bernalillo, NM to Moab, Utah in a day. And as the usual we found a local favorite to have lunch at. This time we chose the Moab Diner.

We left ABQ at 0700 and rode to Scottsdale AZ because we heard they and Las Vegas, NV have the only White Castle burgers on the west coast. We chose the Scottsdale location because the Vegas one would be too complicated to get to on the strip.
