these songs started forming in spring of 2021, shortly after releasing my first EP. a lot of significant life stuff happened along the way, like getting married, moving across the country, becoming homeowners, and building a studio. there were many periods where i wouldn’t touch the session files for months, creating in short phases, slowly chipping away at the arrangements and mixes.
all that to say: this release is a long time coming and i’m happy to finally get it out into the universe.
