I spent the entire day working from home preparing for our last company meeting on NAR changes hitting our industry soon.
We've learned and have thoroughly interpreted all new contracts to ensure we're properly representing our clients.

So far we've held multiple trainings, including role paying with agents, to prepare for the new changes. Furthermore we began implementing changes many months ago.

I'm feeling 100% confident in our to team to continue growing and to continue providing our clients with that top tier service.

This is our best year yet, and I'm certain that taking our head on approach while doubling down on our business was the best decision ever. I'm excited to continue our upward trajectory.

New Record 🏴

I just sold the most expensive 2 bedroom home in this new construction subdivision in Orland Park. We broke all records set by the builders' resident real estate team.

Our team did an absolutely amazing job on this one. Our team coordinated a social media blitz, delivered high quality marketing, along with a strategic open house and showing schedule, and we were able to successfully negotiate an incredible price for our client.

I'm incredibly proud of this sale as it perfectly reflects why we have such a strong track record year after year.

10,000 mailers going out!

I’ve done it all in this business to get clients: Door knocking, cold calling, open houses, seminars, Zillow leads, Google ads, FB ads, festivals, booths, door hangers, expired listings, for sale by owner prospecting, talked at churches and so on. I’ve taken the hardest to sell listings, just to get my sign on the front lawn.

You name it, I’ve done it.

The one thing I’ve learned: IT ALL WORKS.

You have to put in the effort. Be disciplined, follow up, and follow through.

The last few years I’ve been more blessed than ever. Most of my business has been referral based due to the quality of my work and our success at helping our clients achieve their goals. Eventually you learn that referrals are the best business. And if you’re like me, you’ll obsess with providing your clients the best experience.

Even so, I never stop marketing and prospecting.

And one thing is for sure, after what feels like countless rejections and failures, I’ve learned to live by one of the mottos that’s helped me grow my business despite the rejections: . You have to learn, adapt, and get better.

In my first corporate job out of college I was very lucky to shadow an SVP who managed a large finance division within the company.

He explained to me that he didn’t spend too much of his time reviewing financial statements, creating reports, or doing any of the intense financial analysis that I assumed he spent his time on. Instead, he said that most of his day was spent hiring the right talent and making sure that his team was capable of executing the goals.

This meant that his job was to equip his team with the right tools, culture and uphold high standards to make it happen.

It’s a lesson that has been cemented in me and a lesson that I’ve tried to implement throughout my career.

Truthfully speaking, in my personal journey as an office owner, at times it’s been a challenge to implement this idea. Juggling hundreds of personal transactions and also building an elite team is tough as hell. No joke.

However, the last few months have been amazing, because despite challenging market trends, our team continues to hit amazing sales, and month after month the NUMBERS PROVE what we’re building. The numbers show what we’re capable of and the standard that we have set.

It’s incredible to see how our team has grown and evolved. From selling difficult to sell homes, to navigating complex negotiations, our agents are TOP TIER. No doubt in my mind about it.

And while I see many leaders and offices struggling to solve what seems to be a difficult problem of having quality production, it’s a formula that was very clear to me from the start, and honestly the secret is all all about the person you hire.

I’m blessed to lead this team. Blessed to break bread with them, and fight in the trenches day in and day out with them. Sometimes our ideas aren’t all the same, naturally so as we all have different life experiences, but ultimately we share a common vision and goal which keep us working passionately together for our clients.

We helped 30 families in May, and have a few hundred people lined up to help the rest of the year. 🙏

Two more contracts for my clients over the weekend! 😤

On one, my military Veteran clients are buying their first property after many years of renting. We were able to beat multiple offers by structuring a highly competitive VA offer that made us stand out from the rest.

On the second, we hosted back to back open houses and our team delivered by obtaining multiple offers for our out of state sellers who are ready to move on from this lucrative investment.

Excited to guide my clients through to closing and as always grateful for their trust. 🙏

Getting clients may get easier with time, but the hard work never goes away.

He shared his experience selling a $100,000,000 penthouse listing overlooking Central Park in New York, and I told him all about my latest sale of a non conforming 2 unit with back taxes and city violations on the Southwest side of Chicago. 😂
