What is Meditations For The Metro?

For many, the only true "quiet times” that we have are during our daily commutes. Meditations For The Metro (M4TM) is a five-minute audio-package of readings and prayers, accompanied by music, and is useful for those who desire an ongoing spiritual practice, but who have very little time to spare.

New episodes post each day at midnight, Monday through Friday.

If you would like to have episodes sent to your inbox each morning, you can subscribe here.
