The week that was…and what a week!!!

Had the pleasure of bringing my youngest to the office for a few days. Spent a little time poolside in the searing heat. Celebrated a great effort by Boutique volunteers, joined an event to support a local cancer patient & worked the Survivor Summit 2025.

It was a fantastic week catching-up with so many. Thankfully this week is a short one.

Enjoyed a luncheon yesterday with volunteers for Boutique for Hope to celebrate a great event. It's always enjoyable representing Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley.

Also enjoyed being the only one creative enough to make a chipwich for dessert!

The Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley Survivor Summit 2025 will be held this Friday, June 27 at DeSales University (830am start). There is a great speaker line-up and breakout sessions while connecting with others impacted by a cancer diagnosis. Breakfast and lunch are included.

Registration is free and is open to Survivors, Caregivers, family, friends and colleagues who have been touched by cancer in any capacity.

was the recipient of two great donations this week. There were a pair of fantastic meetings at Johnny’s Bagels & and ice cream meeting at Inside Scoop that took the cake…

This past week was filled with the Boutique for Hope sale, a surprise fire alarm at PJs, a great meeting with Steel Pixel & Strike Out Cancer Night with the IronPigs featuring two girls that gave me the best job in the world…being Dad.

The 49th is underway! It was a pleasure representing , a beneficiary of this great event, at the sponsor reception. It goes through Saturday at St. Luke’s Sportsplex.

From event meetings for the autumn to the Women’s Summit & a mixer, it was great being out & about. There was still time for Daddy duties as it was the last day of school for my girls.

Spent some time helping with collections for the 49th Boutique for Hope thrift sale. The bays are almost full & the sale begins June 11 at St. Luke’s Sportsplex.
