We are so grateful for an incredible afternoon in historic Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for "Walking Through History: Moravian Women in the Revolutionary Era" with our neighbors, friends, and partners.

We started with a walking tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site lead by Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites to kick off the event.

Following the tour, we entered the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Bethlehem for a delicious luncheon featuring an exclusive screening of the soon-to-be-released documentary series THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION.

We enjoyed dessert as our special guest speakers, Dr. Katherine Faull (Founding Executive Director, Institute for Moravian History and World Heritage, Moravian University) and Scott Paul Gordon (Professor of English and Andrew W. Mellon Chair, Lehigh University) hosted by Lehigh Valley Public Media's Brittany Sweeney shared their expertise.

After the luncheon, another group headed out to enjoy a second walking tour - now armed with a greater understanding of the events and people who shaped a large portion of Bethlehem's history and faith story.

If you missed it, don’t fret! There are more events celebrating the history of our region and nation through our yearlong programming. Visit PBS39.org/LV250 for details!

Thank you to our community partners and for creating meaningful afternoon for our guests.

Special thanks to for making this event possible.

P.S. If you're curious about the rocks - you need to sign-up for a tour with our friends at Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites!
