Today is a BIG day for us - we turn 4!
It's hard to believe that it's been that long already, but the time has flown thanks to our awesome clients - near and far - keeping us so busy. So we'd like to say "thanks" to all of you for making us successful, and for the honor of doing great things for you!

Every once in a while, you get to do one of those really cool projects - the ones that give you creative freedom to tell a story in a very different way. One that wakes up the audience, rather than bore them, to make sure you get your message across. That was definitely the case for this short promo we did for QCR Holdings as they start a new chapter in the company’s history. Here’s to the next 30 years!

Mad props to Joshua Dyer for helping coordinate all the moving parts, and for letting us wake up the audience!

ASMR fans - turn up the volume and take a listen to this fun new spot we created for Kimberly BMW of Davenport. You'll probably watch it a few times to soak it all in! 😀

CASTING CALL!

We are looking for a character. But not just any character, someone who can become a blend between the “Mayhem” spokesperson for Allstate and the “Therapist” spokesperson for Progressive.

We have an upcoming series of social/online videos for a local client, and the main spokesperson needs to be male, between the ages of 30-50, and have fine-tuned ability to blend comedy and honest delivery to get the point across. We will begin production some time in mid/late June.

If you think you’re up for the challenge, then we’d like to hear from you! Call window is from now until May 22nd, or until role is filled.

That's a wrap!

We recently spent a fun-filled day with a group of great kiddos for an upcoming project with United Way Quad Cities.

We can't say a lot about the project right now, but we CAN say how AWESOME these kiddos did. Some of them were new to being on-camera, so it can be a little intimidating getting things right. It took some extra takes, and a little pinning to get some wardrobes to look just right, but they rocked it. Maria Nellie Nino, Megan Powell, Amy Miller Orr we couldn't be prouder of them for their hard work!

A few behind-the-scenes shots from a recent shoot with Joshua Dyer and the QCR Holdings leadership team. We needed an industrial setting for some "hero shots", and found a great backdrop at The University Club Moline. A big shout-out to the University Club crew - they were great hosts, had everything set when we arrived, and the space looked great once we got things set.

Now it's time to edit!

CASTING CALL!

SquareOne looking for a diverse group of kids, ages of 7-12, for an upcoming “Good News” video series for United Way of the Quad Cities. We will need talent to play both the News Anchors and Field Reporters. All segments will be shot in-studio on green screen. There will be 4-5 slots available, and all are paid. Time obligation is roughly 1-1.5 hours per role to record.

Included below are two different rough script pieces. If interested, please submit an audition of one or both roles, (shot on mobile phone is fine) along with head shot, contact info, and general availability April 10th-15th. We are currently targeting production on Saturday, April 11, but may need to adapt schedule depending on individual availability. Because we are on an accelerated production schedule, additions need to be submitted by noon on Friday, April 3.

Sample Script #1 (Anchor)
“Let’s start with Education. There are lots of cool things happening – like Ready by 5.
That’s the program for the littlest learners. And it’s powered by Mom Vibes. Mom vibes are hard to explain… but kids know them when we feel them. And Women United has lots of them!”

Sample Script #2 (Reporter)
“Mom Vibes are kind of like a super power you can feel. It’s when a grownup knows you’re having a bad day… before you tell them.
It’s helping tie shoes, keeping us safe, and when something feels really hard, reminding us that we can try again tomorrow.”
