I didn’t always know this is where I was headed… but now that I’m here, it feels so right.
Clean living, joyful movement, nourishing food, deep laughs, and heart-led days—it’s everything I worked for.

These methods can be valuable in managing emotions and maintaining mental clarity. Writing down your thoughts can be a powerful way to organize and release them, preventing mental overload. It allows for personal reflection, creating space for a deeper understanding of your feelings and experiences. On the other hand, reaching out to a close friend or family member provides immediate support, a sense of connection, and the comfort of knowing you’re not alone. Speaking with someone who knows you well can help validate your emotions and offer new perspectives you may not see.

I used to call a dear friend to unload when things felt heavy. Talking things out helped me feel better, but over the past few months, I’ve started writing down my thoughts instead. This practice has allowed me to express my emotions freely and stop them from piling up in my mind. Summer may be ending, but I’ve been getting many questions about sunscreen—what to use and how much is enough. 🌞 So, here are my top picks and tips for applying it correctly. Hint: one application won’t last all day in the sun!!

Protecting your skin is a daily must, but it becomes non-negotiable when you’re at the beach. 🌞 The sun’s rays, mainly reflecting off the water, can cause severe damage—think sunburn, premature aging, and even an increased risk of skin cancer.

💡 Make sure you’re using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30, and reapply every two hours (or more often if you’re swimming or sweating). 🏖️ You’ll need about a shot glass worth for full coverage.
