One of the things that I find myself frustrated with when filming weddings is forgetting to take actual images of the day with my still camera. I could be documenting extra content for my social feeds, or even just snapping images that I could use for the video thumbnails... all stuff that I'm just forgetful of because I'm in the zone of making a wedding film.

Recently I started extracting screenshots of my films, opening them in Photoshop, and working on them a bit to sharpen them, add a little more depth of field, and color grade a little more... and wow, I can't believe it's taking me 5 years of shooting films before finding this as a useful tool. Some lessons are caught, not taught... and this is one of them.
