The PAD was built in 1949. This unusual round Mid-century house has 2,000 sq. feet of
interior space, with an additional 1,600 sq. foot deck overlooking Benedict Canyon. Facing south, the PAD is bathed in light and embodies the spirit of nature and
architecture in harmony. The house was acquired by Photographer/Director Jonathan
Lennard in 2011. Over three years, he created a space where every ang

easily into perfect photographic frame, and the organic materials of the house fill the
