A Major Win for Our Intellectual Property Rights

I’m proud to share that we secured another major legal victory in protecting our creative work and intellectual property.

A federal judge has officially granted my motion for default judgment in the case Richardson v. The Daily Loud, LLC, after the defendant failed to respond or defend their unauthorized use of my copyrighted Michael Jordan video.

The court recognized my ownership and awarded statutory damages for the infringement—another clear reminder that our content, our stories, and our work must be respected.

This win isn’t just about one video.

This is about setting a precedent for every independent creator who refuses to let larger platforms exploit their work without permission.
