Marching Penguin, Digital Production Company is looking for a full-time production coordinator to start shortly.

We are a Los Angeles based production company that specializes in helping innovative companies in technology, gaming, entertainment, analytics and e-commerce tell empowering stories through digital and social video. Since 2012, the company has helped up-and-coming startups, as well as major Fortune 500 clients like Sony, Fox, Ford, Facebook, and many more, to produce more than 2000 videos.
The Role:
The Coordinator will help promote the growth and development of the company. This individual will focus on outreach to new and existing clients, recruitment for new talent and creators, and coordination of all social and digital marketing. The Coordinator will also be involved in client correspondence and asset management. This is a great position for an aspiring producer or creative to get a behind-the-scenes look at pre-production, live production, and post-production.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing email marketing by creating campaigns, maintaining email lists, and building lists through various methods.
· Actively maintaining social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
· Prospecting and researching potential client companies.
· Assisting on-set production as needed, including pre-production planning and scheduling.
· Recruiting of up-and-coming creative talent.
· Maintaining talent databases.
· Managing assets on various platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Based in LA
· Willingness and ability to work with limited direction
· Experience using social media for marketing
· Experience using Google Suite, Dropbox, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Wordpress, & Squarespace
· Detail oriented with an eye for correcting grammatical errors
