I drew this while the finishing touches were still being made at the Asticou Hotel—hard hats, ladders, and all. It was such a joy to help imagine the space in full bloom, filled with sunshine, cocktails, and summer energy. I can’t wait to see it come to life when the hotel opens next week on Mount Desert Island. 🌿✨

One of a series of illustrations I created for the newly remodeled Asticou Hotel — this one is Dahlia’s, the restaurant. The hotel was still under construction when I made it, so everything you see was imagined from floor plans, design boards, and lots of conversations. I aimed for a style that felt timeless and detailed, like something out of a classic magazine — line-driven, whimsical, and full of little moments to discover. This is part of a series I worked on throughout the hotel’s development. More soon.
