Made my very own version of Ceviche using baby shrimp and all the veggies such as tomatoes, red onion, avocado, red, green and yellow bell pepper, shredded carrots, Persian cucumber, fresh chopped cilantro and queso fresco cheese, marinate in lime juice and serve on top of a toasted tostada. YUM😋
