11/2 oz coconut vodka
3/4 oz blue Curaçao
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 oz Lemon lime soda
In a shaker with ice, combine coconut vodka, blue Curaçao lemon juice shake until well chilled then add lemon lime soda and Set mixture aside. Using scissors or small knife roughly cut the shapes of the continents out of lime peel and place those shapes inside a round glass and pack with crushed ice and then gently strain your mixture over the crushed ice.

KEY LIME PIE MARTINI
Ingredients
2 ounces vanilla vodka
1/2 ounce key lime juice or regular lime juice
2 tablespoons Coco Real cream of coconut
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce heavy cream
Graham cracker crumbs
Rim a cocktail glass with the graham cracker crumbs.
Fill a martini shaker with ice and put all the other ingredients in it.
Shake thoroughly and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a wheel of lime or a lime twist.
