Big Rapids Products is a supplier of metal stampings and assemblies with three locations in Big Rapids, MI and two locations in Mount Sterling, KY.

Big Rapids Products specialize in all applications of stainless steel, from exhaust systems to decorative bright trim, wheel claddings and appliance parts. We also stamp aluminum parts, high strength carbon, and coated/steel parts. Big Rapids Products also supplies welded assemblies, e-coated parts, painted parts, powder coated parts, or any type of plated part by using our extensive supply base for these processes.

Big Rapids Products has something new to share! 🎉

First, we’re unveiling our updated Parts Wall, which highlights the wide range of precision stampings and assemblies we produce for industries including automotive, aerospace, appliance, and green energy.

We can't thank everyone who had a major part in this project enough:

🔹 Our process engineer, who did an incredible job drawing everything in CAD so we could replicate our floor layout exactly on the wall.
🔹 Our maintenance crew, who not only installed all the parts but also prepped and painted the wall with excellence and precision.
🔹 Our leadership team, who collaborated and refined ideas to make the arrangement something we can all be proud of.
🔹All of our exceptional employees and team members who create, stamp, package, and ship these parts daily.
🔷Our customers for trusting us with their parts and giving us something awesome to work on each day.

Investing in Our Future—One Animal at a Time 🐖🐑🐄🦃

Each year, Big Rapids Products proudly supports the Mecosta County 4-H Livestock Auction, continuing a tradition of championing youth in agriculture. This year, we purchased a turkey, a lamb, several pigs, and a steer—raised by dedicated 4-H participants, including children of our very own BRP employees and our summer help employees.

After the auction, the processed meat is raffled off to our team—turning a community investment into a company-wide celebration. It’s our way of giving back to both our employees and the next generation of leaders and farmers in our area.

🎟 This year’s employee raffle will take place on Monday, August 4th during shift change!
🥶 The meat will be frozen—please remember to bring a cooler if you plan to participate.

👏 Thank you to Mecosta County 4-H, all the families involved, and our BRP team for making this tradition so special year after year.
