Beginning on July 30th, crews will be performing a watermain rehab on Grand Ave and 1st W and Grand Ave and 2nd St W. During construction Grand Ave will have a lane push to the south with single lane traffic in both directions. Expect backups and delays in that area. All local and business access will be maintained.

Beginning July 14th, crews will be doing watermain work on Grand Ave. between Virginia Lane and 3rd St W. Lanes will be shifted on Grand Ave. Expect backups and delays in that area. All local and
business access will be maintained. That work will go through July 16th.

Northwestern Energy is planning a road closure on Neibauer Rd from 64th St W to 56th St W starting 6/30/25 and lasting approximately 1-2 weeks. During this work, Neibauer Rd will be closed to through traffic from 7am to 5pm Monday - Friday. The road closure from 72nd St W to 64th St W will be finished by end of day 7/11/25 and taken down as work completes.

Beginning tomorrow (6/16), crews will be doing road construction on State Avenue between Hallowell Lane and 3rd Ave. S. One lane will be closed with travel lanes shifted north. Be use caution when traveling through that area.

Be aware that utility work is planned on I-90 East and West in Laurel, MT on 6/18/2025 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Expect up to 15-minute traffic stops on I-90 while work is being performed. Through traffic should expect delays up to 30 minutes.

COP Construction ran into some complications with the work being done in the intersection of Old Hardin Rd and Cole St. The closure will be extended an additional 2 weeks. All detour routes for the closure will remain in place.

Chip Seal on Rimrock Rd will begin the week of May 19, 2025, weather permitting. Work will move in sections from east to west.
Drive slowly on loose gravel and avoid sharp turns on fresh chip seal. Please plan ahead, allow extra time on your commute.

COP Construction LLC will be performing sewer main work on Old Hardin Rd and Cole St starting May 12th through May 23nd. The intersection of Old Hardin Rd and Cole St will be closed, and traffic will be detoured on Becraft Ln and Saddle Ln. A truck
detour for the closure will be on Noblewood Dr and Becraft Ln. Access to Cole St will be open to business and local access only. A detour route for Bretz RV and Holiday Inn will be in place directed through Cole St. Please follow traffic signs in place throughout.

Downtown Traffic Alert. Crews will be doing underground electrical improvement work in preparation for future signal changes for Downtown Two-Way Restoration. Sidewalks will be impacted at the corners of N Broadway Ave & 3rd Ave N starting the week of March 31st. Work at each intersection will be brief but will depend on underground utility complexities & weather conditions. Work will continue to the corners of N Broadway Ave & 2nd Ave N. Vehicle and pedestrian traffic control will be in place. Please follow work zone traffic control and use caution.
