Speed Puzzling Showdown @ 105 Brewing is THIS Sunday (June 7)!!! 🧩

This is your opportunity to take on a 500 piece puzzle and compete against other teams to see who can do it the quickest! There are two time slots available: 1:00pm and 5:00pm, each shift will have its own competition! The fastest team of four to finish the puzzle during each session will win $400 cash!!! Second place will also walk away with $100! Each team will also receive four drink tokens and get to keep your puzzle at the end of your session.

We have tickets to two of the hottest events this summer up for grabs during our June incentive raffle:

📚One lucky winner will receive 5 tickets to the Bananaball game at Dehler Park on Saturday, August 22 between the Firefighters and the Party Animals. 🍌⚾️

📚Another lucky winner will receive 2 tickets to the Yellowstone International Air Show on Sunday, August 23 in the Hot 101.9 VIP suite. 💙✈️

For every student you sponsor for Books For Kids between now and June 30 at 11:59pm MDT, you’ll be entered to win one of these two prizes. $18 sponsors one student to receive a new book each month of the 2026-27 school year in the Billings area. That’s NINE books they get to add to their home libraries to read whenever they want!

A recent study shows that if a child is not reading at grade level by the 3rd grade, they are 4x more likely to not finish high school than a student who does. Our mission with Books For Kids is to get more books in the hands of elementary students. Your donation will help us achieve these goals!

Wrestling fans all over town have been posting about the guy with the Billings MT sign. It’s none other than Jon Ugalde. Jon is a mega-fan of wrestling and often attends wrestling events with his Billings MT sign in tow. Way to represent Jon!

Congratulations!!! 🎉🎊🎈

This morning on the show Ms. Costello and some amazing students from SD2 surprised McLovin with a big announcement. Today McLovin was named the Billings Education Association’s “Friend of Education 2026”!

He has had an immeasurable impact on students in our community through The Big J Show Cares Books for Kids program he started. The impact will continue this year as he prepares for another fundraising season to get even more books into the hands of even more students.

Join us in congratulating and celebrating the amazing work McLovin does to make our community stronger!
